Our
Company

Since 2005, AM-TECH ENGINEERING, Inc. has provided aircraft maintenance and aviation support services in Panama. The company became an FAA Part 145 Certified Repair Station on August 2, 2016, and today operates as Panama’s only independent FAA Part 145 CRS, supporting commercial airlines, aircraft operators, and owners.

Founded and managed by aviation professionals from a family with three generations and more than seventy-five years of involvement in the aviation industry, AM-TECH combines long-standing industry experience with a practical understanding of airline operations, aircraft maintenance, and customer support requirements. This experience is further supported by certifications and regulatory approvals from the civil aviation authorities of Colombia, Chile, and Ecuador, reflecting the company’s ability to operate within multiple regulatory environments across the region.

As a fully independent maintenance organization, AM-TECH is dedicated exclusively to aircraft maintenance and technical support. Our business is maintaining our customers’ aircraft—not handling their passengers, cargo, or other ground services—allowing our resources and attention to remain focused on their technical and operational requirements.

VISION

To be a preferred aviation services partner for airlines and aircraft operators in the region, recognized for reliable maintenance support, technical competence, regulatory compliance, and responsive customer service.

MISSION

As an independent aviation maintenance organization, our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and responsive maintenance and technical support, complemented by aircraft parts and specialized aviation consulting services. We are committed to regulatory compliance, technical competence, integrity, and meeting each customer’s operational requirements.
